With over 12 years and 7000 hours of coaching experience, she brings a strong focus to coaching processes, and harnesses her strengths as a coach, in helping her clients  achieve individual and organizational goals. With an understanding of human behaviour and its motivations, Soni bring empathy in her sessions that help her clients work on inner change as well as address their external circumstances. She has been recognized for helping turn around performances and improving results for her clients in various spheres of their work and life.
